About the Team
The labatters are now about to enter their 4th season of play! This team is so special because it began from a team of free agents- AKA solo random people with not quite enough to make a full team. We were all brought together by fate, and sealed that fate with a love for Blue Light and friendship. Our team ranges from a mix of chemists, baristas, doctors, students, a token Canadian and whatever the hell Courtney does. Rec softball is really the only way that this group of people would probably ever run into each other and I'm so glad we have all connected. One of the top memories for our team was our end of the season celebration one year. Somehow, we got our favorite bar in town to bring in a keg of Labatt, which they normally don’t have (Weird…but okay). Anyway, it was awesome. We just love celebrating, warm Michigan summer nights and the friendship that we've shared over the cooler throughout the years. I look forward for the many years to come!!! Go Labatters!
